Building one took three to four months of senior time. Once delivered it became a static document, and claims drifted across deliverables while the evidence underneath moved on.

Compass locked each core claim to the studies supporting it in a citation-locked evidence map. Writers drew the claim and its substantiation together.

Claims where the evidence did not carry the proposed strength of language were flagged at build time, so wording was settled before sign-off rather than during MLR.

As new data entered the therapeutic area, the map showed which claims had strengthened and which needed rewording. The platform refreshed continuously instead of annually.
